Keyword Trigger Stopped Working After Upgrade

Hi everyone, quick question:
I just upgraded to the Pro version because I hit the 25 contact limit, but now my keyword trigger isn’t working anymore. When I type the trigger word, nothing happens.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it?

Hey ​@Emilie00 this should not happen when you upgrade.

To find the issue, start by making sure the trigger is turned on so that the automation triggers. You can do that by going to your automation and check the starting step.

If the keyword is properly configured and turned on, and you don’t have any conditions that may stop the keyword, then most likely you have a connection issue. Try going to Help > Refresh Permissions to reconnect, and see if this solves it.

If it’s still failing, you can drop a screenshot of your automation here so we can take a look if there’s anything wrong, or contact support.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, it still isn't working. I've uploaded a screenshot of a new automation. But even the ones that were working before suddenly aren't working anymore.

Here also a screenshot of an automation that worked, but suddenly stopped working.

@Emilie00 try turning them off and back ok again. Or disconnecting and reconnecting.
