Hi, I have an automation called and I am trying to set it up so people get automatically subscribed to Kit. It doesn't seem to move the contact from IG into Kit. Attached are some screenshots!
Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Open up the action card that you have these and check the settings. Make sure it's all configured correctly, try different forms etc.
+7Also, you need to actually run this (doing a preview on the Manychat UI won't do it).
My suggestion is to setup a keyword and test it from another IG account in a real-run scenario.
