Klaviyo and manychat integration issue

Hi There, 

I made a email integration, where I also want to collect the first name. 
But after collecting the name, then it just stops and no confirmation message is sent and then in the end doesn’t send through Klaviyo;

I am becoming crazy because I checked everything, blogs, claude, … Nothing is fixing it.

I’m sorry you’re facing this issue 😕

Have you tried to refresh the permissions between Meta and Manychat? (That’s the main reason when this happen)

      Still no luck. :( This is sooo frustrating. 

      In the preview: everything works.

      But even the testing is going wrong.

      What can I do?

      Open the block where you collect the user’s name.


      Check how long the automation waits for the input and increase that limit. Then, go to your inbox and check when the message was delivered and when the user responded. If the time between them is longer than the limit you had set, that’s probably the cause.

      That seemed to have fixed it.

      Only it is not going through to klaviyo but the API’s are working. 
      Should I put the action of update subsriber to klaviyo be put after every step or just at the end of the manychat?
