Hi! My Instagram email signup automation isn’t sending contacts to my Klaviyo list, even though the integration shows as connected in Manychat.
Klaviyo Support checked my account and found no requests from the “ManyChat Integration 1” API key in the previous 14 days. They also said Manychat’s native Klaviyo integration uses an older API version that may not be working reliably. Some resources I’ve read recommend I try Zapier or Make instead to push the emails through.
I’ve now enabled “Save email to System Field” and “Set Email Opt-In,” then tested again with a different email address. I have also set the data collection to expire in 24 days, so I know it’s not a time issue. The signups still do not reach my Klaviyo list.
Please advise on what I should try!
