Klaviyo integration issue

Hello! I’ve integrated ManyChat and Klaviyo and set up an automation, however, emails are not being captured on Klaviyo’s side. What could I be doing wrong here? Thanks in advance for the help!

    when you set up the api in klaviyo, you’ll need to make sure its full read and write access.

    try making a new private api in klaviyo and then integrating in manychat.
