This is honestly the most disappointing thing about ManyChat. I specifically purchased it to be able to manage chats better, and realizing this limitation is really frustrating. I know other platforms like Crisp offer this feature, but they charge around $299, and ManyChat is already around $99 just to access labels.
But only five labels? Come on… we have so many leads we need to organize, and five labels just isn’t realistic. It really doesn’t feel serious for a platform at this level….
