Sure, heres the specific automation setup, i had 2 of those for different posts that did not work. Changed the links as well, and it did not work either.

From what I understand they’re getting the first message, but once they click they do not get the 2nd message with the link, right?

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help:

• Make sure the comment contains the word ‘hope’ as configured
• Remember that it only triggers once per post - so you can’t test more than once
• Try refreshing permissions - https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281464342684-Refresh-permissions
• Try changing the ‘test’ label and the ‘enjoy’ message to something more complete and relevant (like ‘here it is, I’m sure you’ll love it, etc etc’). Sometimes IG will block messages that seem suspicious, spammy, etc - and your short copy + the ‘test’ label may be triggering it.
