Link to Wolt Page Opens in Browser Instead of Wolt App

Hi everyone,
I could really use your help with something:

In the “common automatic reply” settings, I added a link that is supposed to take the user directly to our restaurant’s page inside the Wolt app. Unfortunately, when someone clicks it, it opens our page in their mobile browser instead of opening the Wolt app itself.

The link works correctly on other platforms, so I’m not sure what might be causing this behavior.

Does anyone have an idea why this happens or how it can be fixed?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 🙏

    Hi ​@Yoni , I am not an expert on Wolt App, however in this case I think that what is happening is that the link format isn't optimized for “deep linking” into the Wolt app. When you use a regular web URL in Manychat, it opens in the mobile browser by default rather than launching the native app.

    Try to get a deep link format from your app, something like (wolt:// ) or their custom URL instead of the regular web link.
