I could really use your help with something:
In the “common automatic reply” settings, I added a link that is supposed to take the user directly to our restaurant’s page inside the Wolt app. Unfortunately, when someone clicks it, it opens our page in their mobile browser instead of opening the Wolt app itself.
The link works correctly on other platforms, so I’m not sure what might be causing this behavior.
Does anyone have an idea why this happens or how it can be fixed?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 🙏
