On Manychat Flow, I am building a flow that makes an HTTP API Call and stores the response into a field. Now, I want to send the response from the API as an Instagram Message, but I don’t have an option to link this step after the Action step.

Connect the Action to the ‘Next Step’ at the bottom of the first message and you’ll be able to connect it.
And it will work exactly the same.
