I just set up an automation after someone comments a word on any of my posts. However, when I test the link, it says “there was a problem loading this website”. I’ve tried it with a couple of different links and a couple of different triggers.
I noticed that when I’ve commented on other people’s posts and get sent a link, there have been a few with the same error message.
Has anyone figured out how to troubleshoot this?

I’ve seen some IG accounts with this kind of issue in the last couple of weeks… even some without any Manychat integration.
It seems to be something more on Meta’s side 🙃 In some cases, it worked if I used some URL Shortener to redirect the link (like Bitly, Switchy, etc). I´d suggest testing it. 😉
You could also test disabling Manychat’s URL Shortener (Settings/General). But with that, you lose CTR data for Buttons+links.
This is not the first time something like this happens, but 90% of the cases where Meta issues.
