My automations used to run smoothly, but last week I've experiencing issues when users try to open links in buttons
It simply does not work, nothing happens when clicking. Many real users reported that for me. Also when I test it, does not work for me either

I've tested using instagram app on 2 diferent accounts and phones. Both not working
Seems like a connecction issue between Manychat and Instagram. I suggest you put a ticket in or if it’s urgent get an Agency partner to look into it as we have access to live chat support.

You mention it is not supposed to work for desktop users? So no automations will work properly when people use a desktop? Why is that?
