Hello,

I wanted to display data from variables that I retrieved from an API. The variables are not null, I tested to see. But instead of displaying the value, it displays the id

Hey ​@bally bousso from what I see you cannot use variables in these field values:

 

(You can see that the curly brackets do not appear on the 'Button Title' field.)

So that's why they're not displaying for you.

Not sure if this is a Meta or Manychat limitation, but it's definitely worthy of opening a feature request!

Thank you for your feedback. Indeed, braces are not available here. I don’t think the limit comes from WhatsApp. I have an example of another tool that works. I tested with your solution, but the limit of three buttons is not enough for my case
