I have an account which had quite old connection (Dec 2025), and only recently started using it. It says that connection is all good, yet messages and contacts don’t show, and sending messages doesn’t work because there is no contacts. I tried refreshing the permissions and still nothing.
Does anyone know what may be the issue

Also experiencing the same thing - messages are coming through on the MBS inbox but nothing on ManyChat. A solution would be amazing to this
