My Instagram account is already connected to a ManyChat workspace that I no longer have access to. I am the owner of the Instagram account and the paid ManyChat subscription. The system shows ‘Request Sent’ but there is no request to approve. Please help me locate the workspace that owns my Instagram channel and restore my access or merge the workspaces.
It says “my name/account is already connected to my name/acct.
Switch Instagram to continue with another account or request access from the owner of Holly Ambrozi.”
It’s a loop I can’t get out of and I have not found a way for Manychat to provide any type of assistance other that creating a post on this forum.
