Login error access denied

Out of nowhere I was logged out of my account and now I can't log in anymore! I tried everything from clearing cookies, different browser, different device, but the same issue persists.

I just spent two days building complex chat automations and they're all lost now!!! I'm missing out on customers and I need this fixed ASAP!

I've already reached out to Manychat support twice and no answer. This is so unacceptable.

I'm a paying customer and I get locked out of my account with zero explanation and now I'm missing out on tons of clients and serious income. This is not how you should treat paying customers.

Customer support is extremely slow and I would never recommend Manychat to anybody.

Hi ​@crypto_tobe and ​@Emir ! I see that you have an open ticket with our support team already! They can provide the best guidance regarding billing/subscriptions and will be in touch as soon as possible.

I do have the excat same issue right now. 

Today in the morning I was able to edit a automation and then out of nowhere I received an email:

Your subscription has expired as we weren't able to process your last payment.

Your account currently only has access to the Free plan features for 7 days, as you have over 1,000 contacts in your Manychat audience. Once this expires, you will no longer be able to use automation features or access Inbox.
Upgrade to continue your existing automation and keep access to advanced Manychat paid features.


And I still have 5 days left on my subscription!!!

Hi ​@crypto_tobe , you should contact the billing team, probably you just need to update your credit card info. Dont worry that you wont lose you automations, once you are back in Pro all features will work.
