Login issue access denied

48 hours and still no response from ManyChat support.

The irony is hard to miss: a chatbot company whose own chatbot can't connect users to a human support agent.

If you're building tools that help businesses communicate with customers, your own support experience should set the standard. Right now, it does the opposite.

Anyone else dealing with the same issue?

And that's the most frustrating part — just the same automated message telling me to wait for an email.

I have a business to run. I can't just pause everything and wait indefinitely for someone to eventually reply. An issue affects your operations, you need timely support, not an endless loop of automated replies.

Hi, @Abo!

If you’re still without support, take this link = https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=12734509953820

It will take you directly to a form to open a ticket to Manychat’s support team. It saved me lots of time 🙌

You're not the only one. I've seen a few recent reports of the same "Access denied" login issue. If clearing cache, using incognito mode, or trying another browser/device doesn't help, it's likely something that needs to be fixed on ManyChat's side. The direct support ticket form Fabio shared is probably the fastest route. Hopefully the team can provide an update soon, because being locked out of your account for days is a serious problem for anyone running a business.
