I am experiencing an issue with Meta click to messenger campaigns and ManyChat. While Meta shows that 33 people have clicked on the ads, only 2 people have gone through to the ManyChat flow. I have the same issue. They won’t answer this question. Manychat can apparently not start the flow to people who have NOT yet interacted with your page.
