I created a brand-new automation → User comments on your Post or Reel → selected Any post or reel → entered trigger keywords and continued to the DM setup.
My workspace never displays the “Exclude certain words” option that your documentation and AI assistant mention.
Could you please confirm whether this feature has been removed, is still being rolled out, or is unavailable for my account?
