A bit frustrated, but still hopeful.
We’ve reached out through support tickets and email while trying to move forward with the Elite plan, and unfortunately haven’t heard back yet. We meet the stated requirements and are genuinely interested in doing business with Manychat, so the lack of response has been a little discouraging.
We believe in the platform and see a lot of potential in working together.. just hoping to connect with the right person to take the next step.
