Loss of Permissions in Meta Business Suite After Connecting ManyChat

Hi everyone,

After connecting ManyChat to my Meta account, I suddenly lost access to some of my ad accounts and business assets in Meta Business Suite. My roles and permissions seem to have changed or disappeared without me doing anything manually.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue before?
Do you know what might cause this or how it can be fixed?

Any advice or shared experience would be really appreciated.

@Batu.digital this is the first time I hear of this issue in the almost 9 years I’ve been using Manychat.

Manychat will usually not have permissions to make these changes in the Business Suite. Are you 100% sure it was triggered by Manychat and not something else?

If so, open a ticket with support and send them as many details as you can to help them find the possible issue.

Ive just had the exact same thing happen to me, ive lost access to 2 other accounts that were connected to Meta. Permissions on the account still logged in, and in use with many chat - permissions have changed. Not sure what to do!

@spaghettisoup document everything as best as you can and send the info to support so they can investigate.
