Since this feature is not working anymore, I lost tons of sales for my business and we estimated a 10k$ loss. Did Meta abandoned this feature or what? This problem has been around since 23 days now.
At least offer a temporary workaround. I think I am not the only one concerned about this.
At first I thought it would last a few days.

I also have some accounts and clients that got this feature with some issues at the moment… but it was always flagged as a Beta feature, and it is really a test that Meta is doing with very few platforms and just a couple of IG accounts. Also, Meta could/can disable it at any time… so take care with strategies that depend mostly on “unstable” features, cause it can go bad. 😬😅
For now, there's nothing that indicates that it could be ended… so there's hope it gets fixed anytime soon and we can use it again. 🙌
And, sadly, there's no way Manychat or any other provider could offer any kind of workaround. This can only made available by Meta.
