Low Delivery Rate FACEBOOK

So far I have 1.5k contacts with about a 15% delivery rate which is awful. When I went onto the ManyChats Q&A and asked about delivery rate it was mentioned that it just means if people opened the message and not if it actually lands in their inbox. So I went out to test this and encourage people to open their messages ect. Nothing changed, same 15% overall delivery rate.

I have tried without links in first message aswell and no change. There are no restrictions on my account aswell.

Is anyone having/had same issue on FB? I am probably going to see which countries actually have it delivered but not sure if manychats has that information. Is it some geo location issue? (EU restrictions)?

Literally cannot find anything to help with this.

Hey @TomzyOG if the person only clicks the link and does not engage further with your bot (doesn’t send a message), then the metric is not going to work. And yes, this is due to privacy restrictions.

If you want to check your true delivery + open rates, make sure the button on the first message triggers another message, then send them the link (2 steps instead of 1).

This way when people click the button you’ll see them in Manychat and get your true click rates.
