MailerLite Integration Stopped Syncing Emails (But ManyChat is Still Collecting Them)

Hi everyone,

I’m running into an issue with my ManyChat-to-MailerLite integration and could really use some help.

The Setup:

  • Trigger: Instagram User comments a specific keyword, e.g., "Fix"

  • Flow: An automatic DM is triggered asking the user for their email address.

  • Action: The email is successfully captured in ManyChat, and an action is set to send that email data directly to MailerLite.

The Problem: Everything was working perfectly for the first 135 commenters, but then it suddenly stopped.

  • ManyChat is still successfully capturing and storing the emails.

  • The data is just not being pushed over to MailerLite anymore.

  • I’ve already checked my MailerLite account, and there are no issues, limits reached, or errors at that end.

What I’ve Tried So Far:

  1. Refreshed the MailerLite API key.

  2. Deleted the MailerLite action from the flow and entirely recreated it.

But the emails are still stuck in ManyChat and aren't moving over to MailerLite.

Any advice on how to fix this is much appreciated.

    What kind of integration you’re using at the moment? Using make.com/zapier, http requests or another one (like an app)?

    ​@rodrigo_silvano I’m using the ‘apps’ option and have installed mailerlite, it was working find then stopped.

    ​@Kiki S When you use an app, and then stop working, you should contact their support team.

    Those apps are not built by Manychat.

    Are you using this one?

    Thanks, but MailerLite support team unfortunately can’t help with this because the breakdown is happening entirely inside ManyChat.

    ManyChat is successfully capturing the emails and holding them but is not triggering the external outbound action block, it was but has suddenly stopped.

    Can you share what app are you using to transfer the data from Manychat to MailerLite?

    Those apps are built outside Manychat and the owners is 100% responsible for them.

    If Manychat is gathering emails but they are not sent to MailerLite through this app, you should open a ticket on their support. You can do it here: https://support.manyapps.io/
