Hoping someone can offer some insite or steer me in the right direction. I recently became meta verified and about 3 days ago, Instagram had this major glitch where it would not let me in. I was stuck in a loop where it would say it sent me a code via sms to login, but never would. It finally just started working again, but my many chat/insta connection is majorly broken. The many chat app says it’s connected, but wouldn’t load any posts for automation. When I tried to refresh permissions or connect through browser, nothing happened. It would open Instagram on my main feed, but not actually refresh. I contacted Meta support, they ended up having me remove manychat completely from Instagram and trying to reconnect. After doing that and trying to re-add the channel, manychat now says  profile not found/doesnt exist with a little blurb about the link being broken.” Once I reported this to them, they are saying “not on us, contact manychat.”  Sooooo…. Here I am, asking for anyone to please help steer me in some kind of direction or where to file a support ticket? The other weird thing is the app still says my Instagram is connected, while the browser says I don’t have a channel added.
