I’m wondering if anyone has figured out how to manually respond to a comment with a flow. Similar to how you can respond to a direct message in “Live Chat” with a flow, except it would be a comment, not a direct message. Thanks!

ManyChat offers only one method for replying to comments on Instagram. You can follow the step-by-step guide in the article below to set it up:

You can reply directly to the comment and also send an automatic direct message, which will move the conversation to Live Chat.
Please note that there are some limitations—for example, the trigger works only once per user per specific post.
