Many chat DM automation malfunctioning

Question

So many chat is not working for some reason maybe it’s a known bug???

I duplicated a prior automation I had so when someone comments a word on a reel or post it DMs them. I duplicated it and change the trigger word and words of course inside of the funnel. I noticed today when it went live when people are commenting that word from the updated automation it is actually sending them the old automation funnel that I had duplicatedt. Which makes no sense because the trigger word is completely different. So, I went through and updated it to a new funnel brand new no duplicated. Auto-DM links from comments and it says it is live but it is still sending the old funnel. What do I do to fix this It sucks I am literally losing purchases from it not working ):

This is usually a conflict, not a bug. Instagram only lets one automation trigger per person per post, so if your OLD automation is still live and attached to that same reel, it can keep grabbing the comments before the new one does, even with a different keyword. Fully pause or delete the old automation (just editing it isn't enough), then confirm only your new funnel is attached to that reel and there's no keyword overlap between them. Worth knowing too: Meta has an ongoing issue right now making IG comment triggers fire inconsistently for some accounts, and ManyChat's own workaround is to use a DM keyword automation instead of comment-only until it settles.
