Did the new follower automation ever get fixed to the point where it hits 100% of new leads?
I asked about this a few months ago and I was told it was a glitch on Meta’s end and they were working on fixing it. So just wondering if this was resolved?

Many chat not messaging 100% of new followers??
Pretty much the same, still in beta. Only works for some users and the sending is not consistent. The other thing tripping people up is the once-per-week-per-user limit, and it's not scoped to your account, it's global on Meta's side. So if user A follows you on Monday and your automation DMs them, then user A follows a totally different page on Wednesday that also runs Follow to DM, that second account's automation will not fire either for the rest of the week. Same user, different page, still locked out. Not a Manychat setting, it's the API.
