Manychat accounts deleted

Hey everyone, quick question because I’m honestly stuck here.

I run a fairly large online business and a big part of our onboarding is handled through Telegram bots and automated workflows inside ManyChat.

Over the last few days, I’ve had three separate ManyChat accounts shut down with no warning and no clear explanation. I can’t get a real response from support beyond a generic message, and it’s starting to feel pretty concerning given how much our systems rely on this.

This is the only reply I’ve received:

“Thank you for reaching out. We would like to inform you that the account [REDACTED] has been terminated due to suspicious activity that violates our Terms of Service. For more information, you can refer to Section 7 - Prohibited Users in our Terms of Service.

Additionally, please note that once a channel is banned, it cannot be used in Manychat account again.

We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for; however, please note that this decision is final, and we’re unable to provide additional clarification regarding it.”

My problem is: what counts as “suspicious activity” in this context? We’re not doing anything shady, just standard onboarding and automation.

Has anyone experienced this, especially with Telegram?
If so:

  • What triggered it for you?

  • Did you ever get the account back, or get an actual reason?

  • Is there a specific support contact or process that worked?

Because if accounts can be terminated like this without any detail, it’s a serious risk for businesses that depend on ManyChat.

Hey @Marbella Studios check the terms of services, to see if there’s anything that you’re doing that could be considered within the prohibited uses, then that’s probably why the account got restricted.

If you’re a legit business and think that this banning is an error, try to talk to support explaining what you do, that it’s a legal business, and that you’re willing to provide paperwork to prove it.

Depending on the cause of the ban, they may allow you to submit your business information and proof that you’re legit, and they may review your account status.
