We purchased a manychat bot premium subscription but multiple customers are complaining as the bot randomly gives mobile number of people. This affects our company and we dont know how to fix this as we cannot see any prompt telling the bot to do that. Did you experience the same problem? How did you fix this. 

Hey ​@tagumcooperative if you’re using Manychat AI, this is something you need to fix through your prompt. If it’s giving out phone numbers, tell it explicitly to ‘not give phone numbers and not invent any information that is not explicitly on the training’ - or something along these lines.

If you’re not using Manychat AI, then you have something that is triggering this.

Check your keywords in Manychat and if you have other apps connected to your page that may be sending these messages.
