Manychat API throwing 5xx errors

Hi everyone,

Manychat API started throwing 5xx errors suddenly, and there is nothing on the official status page.
Does anyone know what it going on?

I am now getting timeout errors on all API endpoints…

This is seriously hurting my business, is there anything we can do to fix it

There was a DDoS attack affecting Manychat…

It seems to be “normalized” at the moment. 🙏
