Manychat automation not working

So I created an automation that sends a DM when someone comments a specific word on my reels or stories.

 

The first message gets triggered correctly and shows a button saying “Yes, I want this.” The person clicks on it successfully, but the second message sequence never gets triggered after that.

 

I’m not sure why this is happening or where the issue is in the automation flow.

​@Robin Raja On your second image, like ​@SumGeniusAI  already noticed, the section “and then, they will get” is empty.

Can you fill that and try again?

    That “yes, I want this” button has a link in it?
    Did you try to refresh your permissions?

    Second Part of the automation does not trigger. For now, I have paused the automation since it was not working

    Looks like in the second box (and then, they will get) you need to either put the link in the text box or put another message there and then click “+ Add A Link” as a button and put the url there

    Hi ​@Robin Raja, everytime you ask a user to take an action you have to give back something, like a follow message. As ​@rodrigo_silvano mentioned, you havent type any answer to “yes, I want this” button
