within the last 2 days my ManyChat automations have not been sending anything to the DMs or responding to the comments. It's been fine up until two days ago, but even if I try to refresh permissions, nothing changes. The automations still don’t work. If anybody can please help with this, I need this resolved ASAP, as I rely on Instagram for my business.

- Instagram permissions

Sometimes this is related to a temporary issue on Instagram or ManyChat’s side. You can check the current system status here:

Just as a reminder, Instagram comment automations only trigger once per user per post. If the same user commented again, the automation would not fire a second time.
