right now i just created an automation with using add quick reply , but when somebody send something on instagram , they cant see this button . i think quick reply doesn't working , is that the same for you ?

Manychat's team already posted about the issue:
They're aware and working with Meta to fix it as soon as possible. 🙌
A workaround for now is switching your Quick Replies to Buttons:
