After someone comments and the automation sends the first message asks a question and they have to use a button. Followers are always telling me the button don’t work. It’s not every follower but there are a few that say the button never works. Any thoughts?

Manychat buttons don't work
I’m having the same issue, is not every follower, but quite a few are reporting that the buttons don’t open any links.
I’m also having a similar issue. I will generate 100-200 comments in a video with the CTA. When I manually go and check some responses in my DMs, I have non followers say they don’t even have a button to press..
it’s a hard to thing to prove if they just don’t understand the button, or if something is really happening.

Yes! I had the same thought, are they confused or is there no button. I have asked for some to reply with screenshots but haven’t gotten a response yet.
