Manychat connection

Hi everyone! I need help!! I am currently connected to manychat through the “meta Business suite” and I would like to change it to the new unified Instagram onboarding connection. I have been through this problem with the chatbot, but nothing is working.  My goal is to have the “follow to dm” feature.  Has anyone had this issue and been able to solve it? Thanks!

Hey, ​@juliapage104 

Some accounts are unable to connect Manychat to Meta through “Meta for business”.
Meta is already aware of this issue and they are trying to fix it.

Regarding the new feature, even if you could connect Manychat to Meta through the “new way”, your account probably couldn’t use it because Meta restricted this feature (currently on beta) to some users and some of the users don’t have this option enable 😕

I don't know if I’m explaining my issue correctly.  I want to know if there is a way to delete my account completely and start over correctly. Or change my account to the “new unified instagram onbaording flow”. The chatbot tells me I can do that. Is there anyone at manychat I can talk to on the phone to explain my issue?

Here’s how you can remove your Instagram integration from Manychat: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/15582498909724-How-to-remove-an-Instagram-account-from-Manychat

Be aware that even if you remove this integration and then create another Manychat account, the issue is going to persist, because this error is due to Meta restrictions and not Manychat.
