Hi @alampole, great question! At the moment, we do not have an official certification program, but this is something we are considering to implement in the nearest future. Stay tuned! 

I’ve noticed that in a lot of industries, having some form of formal certification can help demonstrate that you understand established frameworks and best practices. For example, project managers often pursue certification standards such as ISO 21500 certification to validate their knowledge of project management processes. It would be interesting to see ManyChat introduce something similar for automation specialists in the future.
