Hi support/community, I am trying to impolement the DM automation for new followers, but I am constantly being asked to update permissions, it redirects me to meta and still prompts me to log in with an IG account. The whole process has been exhausting and I need to get it fixed

Hey @Jesutomisin there seems to have been some issues with Meta lately and renewing connections.

I suggest you open a support ticket with Manychat so they can add your case to the list and hopefully get it sorted asap.
