Hey, I have connected Instagram and Manychat successfully and my automation is live. The problem is that on my Instagram reel I see 6 comments but when I open the comment section there is not a single one comment, but I know that people commented keyword to send message to DM because I asked few of my friends to try my automation. They also dont see other comments except their comment. But no one is getting DM. Do you know how to solve that problem? Maybe Instagram doesn’t like Manychat? Because this is the first time that this happened with comments.
Manychat doesn't send messages

Please check if those things are properly configured:
- Go to Settings and activity (on Instagram) → Messages and story replies → Message controls → Connected tools, and toggle Allow access to messages.
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Page setup → advanced messaging → Handover protocol, and assign the primary receiver role to Manychat.
- In your Manychat account, click Refresh permissions via the Help button.
Note: If your Instagram account was connected on or after June 14, 2024, ensure you have a Professional Instagram account, either Creator if your follower count is up to 500k or Business if your follower count exceeds 500k.
