Hello! I have been running the same ad campaigns for 3 different clients for like more than a year now. Everything went smoothly, but now all of a sudden ads started to generate way less leads, while the CPM and click numbers remained the same. For context back in the days we used to get 20 leads daily, and now without any change from one day to another its like 2 lead per day. Do you think it is because there is some bug with quick reply buttons?

Manychat Facebook ads Quick reply buttons not working?

It could be happening. There’s a Meta bug for some time now that is causing something like that… for some accounts, the first button/ quick reply doesn’t go to the next message block.

I saw some users that removed the IG/FB channels from Manychat and reconnected them from scratch and it worked, but not in every case. And until Meta doesn’t fiz it… there’s nothing more to be done. 😓
PS: What keeps working is to set a button with a link to any website in the first message block.
PS2: you can also open a ticket to the support team, they’re able to investigate it further.

Honestly for us people don’t even click the first quick reply button. I was thinking about switching from quick replies to buttons and hoping that solves the problem.. But I am not sure anymore. I already tried to reconnect the pages..
Anything else I could do? :/
