Hi.
I seem to have a problem with my latest automation.
I turn it on - and it works… Once. And then it doesn’t - for no apparent reason.
It is still live - there seems to be no problems in the backend, and the other automations seems to be working still.
Any idea what to do here?
Manychat fail to send on instagram
This is happening to me - via a story though. It is for a client. I messaged the story from my personal account and got the message but no one else is receiving it. It makes no sense. I have turned it off and on 100 times.

And if that doesn't work, best option would be opening a ticket to the Support Tem: How to get support from Manychat – Manychat Help
They're able to investigate it much further.
