I have a question about using ManyChat automations with Meta ads.
I currently have a comment-on-reel automation set up for both Instagram and Facebook. Now I want to turn this into a Meta ad that sends users into a DM flow.
My questions are:

Do I need to create separate ManyChat flows per platform (one for Instagram DM and one for Facebook Messenger)?

In Meta Ads Manager, is it best practice to also create two separate ad sets, one for Instagram and one for Facebook, each connected to its own flow?
The flows would be almost identical in content, but I’m not sure what’s required technically vs what’s just best practice.
