ich habe seit einiger Zeit Schwierigkeiten mit ManyChat. Die Automationen funktionieren bei mir leider nicht zuverlässig und ich weiß nicht, woran es liegt.
Teilweise kommentieren Nutzer das hinterlegte Keyword, bekommen aber keine Nachricht oder der Flow wird nicht gestartet. Ich habe bereits alles mehrfach kontrolliert, finde den Fehler aber nicht.
Kann mir jemand sagen, welche Ursachen dafür infrage kommen oder was ich noch prüfen könnte?

There are some things that could be causing this issue...
One very important detail to keep in mind is that each account can only trigger a comment automation once per post. If you or your users are testing the keyword multiple times using the same account on the exact same post, the automation will not fire again after the first successful attempt.
If that is not the case, here are a few other common things you can quickly check:
Refresh Permissions: Meta frequently loses sync with third-party applications. You can often fix this by Refresh Permissions.
Trigger Status: Make sure the specific comment trigger inside your flow is actually toggled to Active, and not just the flow itself.
