Hey, i’m going mad… Hope anyone can help. My automations start giving multiple responses to the Leads.
Event the ones I created a year ago now not only send the message once, but 2-3 sometimes 4 times. It’s ridiculous and I dont know what to do. This caused to drop the engagement by miles and right now I think about stop using Manychat altogether!
Anyone experiencing the same problems`? I could not find anything in the Q&A or Troubleshooting …
Maybe someone from the Manychat Team can see into this :(

Have u able to solve? Facing the same issue.
i have the issue that manychat started today throwing in random answers asking for additional info, kind of like a mad gone AI. ALL chatflows are affected.
Thinks i changed or touched before:
/ action subscribe to sequence
/ refresh permissions (just to test it)
/ connect a second login option with google
Manychat/IG is 100% not usable anymore.
