This is what I see now. 2 Days ago, I had other things like. Unassinged. Team Members, Etc.. what happened? Everything is now inside Inbox and it makes it horrible to organize and figure out what’s going on.

Manychat has changed some things in the Live Chat. Now you need to have a second Team Member with Live Chat privileges to display the Team Members/ Assignments options:
