Manychat Instagram Automated DM's and comment reply's not working

It’s not responding to any comment right now although it was 2 days ago. I think it’s only Dming half of them as well not sure what to do.

This kind of issues can happen sometimes, especially when Meta makes background updates to their platform. 🙃 Since it was working fine just a couple of days ago and now seems to be only partially responding, it often points to a configuration bottleneck.

 

I recommend that you first check the Conversation Routing settings in your Meta Business Suite. Sometimes these settings get "stuck" or reset, causing the automated responses to fail or only work intermittently while the system struggles to route the messages correctly.
