Manychat Integration for WhatsApp Business with co-existence

When are you guys unrolling the ManyChat Integration for WhatsApp Business with co-existence globally? I could really use it.

After using ManyChat on Instagram for the last few weeks, I’m excited about the possibilities it could unlock for me on WhatsApp. About 50% of my customer interactions and conversions happen on WhatsApp.

Can I be on the beta program for Kenya?

@Albus it should be available for Kenya.

Also noticed there’s no image gallery block for WhatsApp and the current block is limited to 10 images only. I’ve done a quick test and it sends images one by one, not all at once like WhatsApp does natively. This can be bothersome to most customers. Is there a workaround to this?

I’ll appreciate some guidance.

It would also have been convenient to be able to just convert several flows from Instagram to WhatsApp all at once as a bulk action, since most selling processes are the same across channels, for the business. Right now I’m converting every flow manually.

@Albus galleries are not available in WhatsApp - Meta has not made them available.

As for the bulk convert, that’s definitely a good idea, you should add it to the Ideas section: https://community.manychat.com/ideas?sort=votes.desc
