ManyChat is saying our Instagram passwrod is wrong

Hey there - we are launching a new chapter page for our company - @sobersupper.atl - and when I go to connect ManyChat with the account, it says the password is wrong. I then changed the password to confirm I knew it was correct, and it still said it was incorrect. I changed it a second time just to be even more sure, and still - it says the password is wrong. I tried to connect it via meta - access denied. Then I selected the option to connect it via Instagram - access denied. Please help ASAP, as we are launching the new page this week.

I fixed it. I forget how. But I chatted with the AI bot and it told me to switch to a professional account - and then I just figured out how to connect the pages to my Meta business account, and then it connected easily (I think). Thank you!
