When as a client i’m sending hello, i’m not getting reply.
Manychat is unable to send text on whats App.

It looks like it's setup correctly and that it's triggering (at least some times).
If you get this error consistently with different accounts for no apparent reason, I suggest you talk to support so they can check what's going on.
