Hi,
I’ve made an automation where people leave their e-mailaddress and first name and Manychat automatically adds them to Kit. But for some reason it won’t add their First Name to the Contact Data. I’m adding it manually now but that’s quite overwhelming when hundreds of people are reacting.
Does somebody recognize this problem? Or is somebody using a similar automation with the difference that it works? If so - please tell me how you do it. :)

Do you have your settings as shown in the docs, sending the First Name as a field?
