I am having such a hard time connecting my ManyChat to my Instagram. I’m doing it all on my phone, since my laptop is having issues, and maybe that’s the problem? But every time I try to connect to Instagram, it says it’s already linked. I’ll hit “continue with Instagram” then to “ManyChats wants to use manychat.com to sign in. Allow?” so then I hit “continue” then it pulls up another connect to _____ account. Allow” and then it pulls up with “we noticed this Instagram account is already connected to manychat” and I can’t figure out how to get it to work. Anybody know what to do? This is a problem I’ve been dealing with for WEEKS and I haven’t found anything that will help me- not google, not the ManyChat help page.

I totally feel your pain… those issues are such a bummer.
Best way would be using a computer/laptop to connect your IG account to Manychat. BUT, this error you're facing could mean that your IG account is already connected to a Manychat account.
This could happen if you or someone else created a Manychat account in the past to “test” things out.
But it could also be your mobile browser having trouble handling with its cache and cookies during the login/ connection.
Best option would be opening a ticket to Manychat's support team. They will be able to investigate it further and even identify if this IG account of yours is already connected to any old/forgotten Manychat Account.
